The terms under which you may use the Zentty app and this website. Plain language, no surprises.

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Zentty (the "app") or this website, you agree to these terms. Zentty is published by Zenjoy BV, Leuven, Belgium. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or the site.

Licence

Zentty's source code is released under the licence published in its GitHub repository, and that licence governs your rights to the code. Subject to it, you may install and run the app on your own Macs for personal or commercial work. Zentty embeds libghostty and other open-source components, which remain under their respective licences.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Zentty for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
  • Misrepresent the app as your own product or remove required notices.
  • Attempt to disrupt or abuse the website or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for the agents, shells, and commands you run inside Zentty, and for the data those tools can access.

No warranty

Zentty is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenjoy BV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app or website.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Questions? Contact us.
